We are sad to announce that our Chairman, Colin Grant, died peacefully at home on Friday 4th March. He was a well-known figure in the hospitality world over the years and 2022 marked 50 years of ‘the Major’s’ involvement with the Ommaroo Hotel, having taken over from his family in 1972. He is fondly remembered by hotel staff both past and present and returning guests.
