We are accepting new accommodation reservations for dates after 12 June and to sell hotel gift vouchers, now with an extended 18-month validity. These gift vouchers can be redeemed against future stay dates, al fresco dining or contactless catering (collection only).
Our reservations team remain at your disposal to help with re-scheduling your holiday and are working hard to respond to as many enquires as possible, in a timely manner. Requests to postpone or cancel bookings have been prioritised by arrival date, and we ask for your patience and understanding during this extremely busy and unprecedented time To contact us, please email: [email protected].
Existing Reservations booked directly with the Ommaroo
We are only able to help where you have booked your room direct with us. Please be assured we will honour all the ‘book direct’ offers that apply to your booking, even if it is moved and that offer has ended.
If you had a reservation to stay with us during the locked-down period, you will have been contacted and offered a credit, valid for 12 months.
Reservations with arrival dates prior to 12 June 2020 must be re-booked before 31 December 2020. Alternatively, an Ommaroo Hotel monetary voucher for the same value may be taken, valid for 12 months from the original booking date.
Reservation dates may be changed without a change fee, however if a higher rate applies for the new booking dates, the difference will be charged.
Existing Reservations with Third-Party Suppliers
If you have booked a bedroom via a third-party website such as Booking.com or Expedia, then please contact them directly in the first instance as your sales contract and reservation is held with them. We are only able to help where you have booked your room direct with us.
Private Events and Weddings
If you have an upcoming event, we will be in touch as soon as possible. If you would like to contact us about a new or existing event, then please email us at [email protected].
If you have made a reservation using an Ommaroo Hotel Gift Voucher or are in receipt of one that is due to expire, we will happily extend your voucher for an additional six months.
