Corporate rates 2025 / 2026

October 2025 – April 2026: £90 per person, per night including breakfast, sole occupancy in double room. £110 per room, per might including breakfast, twin occupancy.

May 2026 – September 2026: £115 per person, per night including breakfast, single or sole occupancy room, subject to availability. £130 per room, per night including breakfast, twin occupancy.

Corporate loyalty programme

A loyalty programme will be in place where, on an annual basis in arrears, for the specific numbers of room nights booked, a credit will be generated to be used against future room bookings, on top of the existing corporate rate discounts.

25 room nights booked per business, annually – £100 credit (5%)
50 room nights booked per business, annually – £300 credit (7%)

Additional information

Payment terms
If a credit facility is required, the Hotel will invoice at the end of each calendar month and payment must be made within 30 days. If agreed credit levels are exceeded, an interim invoice will be raised.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be advised by email on [email protected] or by telephone on 01534 723493 before midday on the day of arrival. Failure to do so will result in bookings being charged in full as a no show. The Hotel will always endeavour to be flexible but would be grateful for your cooperation with the above.

General
Corporate rates are offered for sole occupancy and are subject to availability. If this room type is not available, a 15% discount off best available rates may be offered.

An extra person may be added to the room booking at a cost of £25 extra per night, including breakfast.

We reserve the right to reject the use of the promotional code, if it is believed that the code is being used for purposes other than corporate bookings.
