Check-in time is anytime from 3:00pm, but you are welcome to arrive earlier and we can store your luggage for you. Departure is by 10:30am.

Not all our rooms have sea views. Some of our inland-facing rooms offer views of the pool and town. You can opt to reserve a room with a sea view when booking your stay.

Our hotel offers two restaurants: Coast Bistro (open all year), Palmer’s Restaurant (open seasonally), Coast Bar, an outdoor Terrace (open from May to September), a Sea View Lounge (which can be hired for private events), an outdoor swimming pool (seasonal opening times apply), conference and event facilities, fitness studio and an enclosed, private garden.

A stay at the Ommaroo includes breakfast for every guest, every day. Guests who book directly through our website can park in our car park for free during their stay (subject to seasonal availability).

The rooms in our historic hotel are spread over four floors. Some of our rooms are suitable for guests with limited mobility, and most rooms are accessible via a lift. Please view our Accessibility page for more details. 

We have a private car park, conveniently located at the rear of the Hotel. A charge of £10 per day applies. Please note we are unable to reserve spaces. Parking is free for bookings made directly with the Hotel.

We don’t have electric vehicle chargers at the Hotel. The closest chargers are at Green Street car park, just a five-minute walk from the Hotel.

Yes, we have electric bike chargers located within our car park, incorporated into our bike rack.

Our Pearl Wedding Package is designed for a minimum of 40 guests, starting at £110 per person. We offer a range of optional extras, including the wedding ceremony, arrival drinks and canapés, an evening buffet and late-night snacks.

Our Hotel offers 82 bedrooms, which include single occupancy and family rooms.

Yes, we have a selection of decorations available to hire, including garden arches, table centre pieces, and vases. Chair covers and table covers are included in the package.

We don’t include a photographer with our wedding package, but our events team can recommend some excellent photographers to capture your special day. 

Checkout time is 10:30am.

Unfortunately, we are unable to permit the use of fireworks.

We don’t include a celebrant with our wedding package, but our events team can recommend some excellent celebrants for you. 

While a DJ is not included as standard in our wedding package, we do work with a trusted in-house DJ. We would be delighted to arrange this for you and include the cost within your package.
