Launching on 1st October, our brand new Coast Bar & Bistro set menu, celebrating the Delicious Dine-out Festival, is something to shout about! We've got so many fresh and delicious locally-sourced dishes to share with you, including some fabulous vegetarian and vegan options.

Indulge in a delicious Jersey beef tagine with preserved lemons, flat bread and
toasted couscous or choose the delectable roast chicken and confit leg bonbon with
butternut squash and carrot purée, grilled leeks and mushroom truffle sauce. Select the
delicious Jersey black bream filet with charred fennel, crushed potato, French beans
and Jersey crab cream or our vegetarian Caponata tagliatelle. The choice is yours,
there really is something for everyone!
